Julian Lee, Omniarray Research Group

National Cancer Center, Singapore
Julian Lee graduated from the Department of Computational Science NUS
in 2006. His Undergraduate Research Project thesis was on the
classification of CNS drugs using Support-Vector Machines.
In his honours year, he investigated the cross-talk between
EGF and NGF by modeling these signal transduction pathways
with Ordinary Differential Equations. He now works at the
National Cancer Centre Singapore; in the Genomic Oncology lab
where he specializes in the analysis of microarray data.
