Julian Lee graduated from the Department of Computational Science NUS in 2006. His Undergraduate Research Project thesis was on the classification of CNS drugs using Support-Vector Machines. In his honours year, he investigated the cross-talk between EGF and NGF by modeling these signal transduction pathways with Ordinary Differential Equations. He now works at the National Cancer Centre Singapore; in the Genomic Oncology lab where he specializes in the analysis of microarray data.
